Is this a happy kid, or what?  Some disagree with Father D'Ag's approach to caring for the HIV+ orphans in a group setting, but during my 3 visits to Nyumbani, I saw children who are cherished, very well cared for, and being prepared for their future.  The need is so great--there is room for many different ways of caring.
