"Lea Toto" means "to raise a child." The outreach clinics help HIV+ mothers so that they can stay healthy as long as possible to raise their children. Women are given a cooked high-protein cereal that they must eat at the clinic. The nuns know that if they took it home, they would feed it to their children or sell it for other food. These women must be kept healthy as long as possible! Each day with their children is precious.
