Orphange for HIV+ children, founded by Father Angelo D'Agostino, M.D. He has been a powerful advocate for eliminating tariff restrictions on drugs to treat HIV/AIDS in Africa. MORE THAN 90% OF HIV PATIENTS IN AFRICA DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MEDICINE! Nyumbani has outpatient clinics ("Lea Toto" = "to raise a child") in the Nairobi slums. Several of Harambee's women's groups are from the support groups at the Lea Toto clinics.
